The house, located at 251 Washington St., was bought in 1994 and has since served as home-base for fraternity operations. It was renovated in 1996 with the addition of a hot tub, front porch, and privacy fence.

Pi Lambda Phi is the only greek organization at WSU to have a permanent fraternity house.
